Terms and Conditions for RocketSubs

Welcome to RocketSubs. 

We help you generate landing pages and lead magnets. By using RocketSubs, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully. 

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE OUR PLATFORM. WE MEAN IT.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By creating an account or using RocketSubs in any way, you accept these Terms and all policies referenced herein. This includes our Fair Use Policy and any future updates. If you keep using the app after changes, that means you agree to the new terms.

2. ACCOUNTS AND AUTHORIZED USE
A. No Agency Usage
You cannot use your plan as an agency. Each user or business must create its own account. If you're caught reselling, sub-licensing, or sharing your plan across multiple entities, we will cancel or suspend your access. We are not joking.

B. Multiple Accounts
Want multiple brands or businesses? Sign up for separate accounts. This helps us enforce fair usage and protect our service from abuse. Simple as that.

3. SERVICE ELIGIBILITY AND INDUSTRY RESTRICTIONS

A. Industry Restrictions
RocketSubs reserves the absolute and unconditional right to refuse or terminate service to users operating in certain industries or business categories that we determine, in our sole discretion, are incompatible with our business objectives or values. These may include, but are not limited to, industries that:
- May pose elevated legal or regulatory risks
- Could potentially harm our brand or reputation
- Conflict with our company values or business strategy
- Fall under restricted or highly regulated categories

B. Account Termination Due to Industry Classification
If we determine that your business falls within a restricted industry category, we may:
- Decline your account application
- Terminate your existing account with notice
- Suspend your service pending further review

C. Refund Policy for Industry-Based Termination
If we terminate your account solely due to your industry classification (and not due to any violation of our terms or policies), we will:
- Provide you with written notice
- Process a pro-rated refund for any unused portion of your paid service period
- For Lifetime Deal holders, provide a full refund of your purchase price
- Allow you reasonable time to export your data (not to exceed 30 days)

4. FAIR USE POLICY
We allow normal usage for creating landing pages and lead magnets. But there are limits:

A. Traffic Threshold
Your plan comes with a traffic limit. If your pages drive unusually high volumes of traffic or activity that strain our systems, we may temporarily suspend your account. We will reach out to discuss possible plan upgrades or a small extra monthly fee.

B. Resource Hogging
Don't hog server resources. If your usage goes beyond what we consider fair, we will take corrective action. This may mean throttling your account or charging you more.

C. Illegal or Unauthorized Activities
Don't use RocketSubs for fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activities. You will be solely responsible for any legal consequences. We will cooperate with authorities if necessary.

D. AI Credits and Lead Magnet Creator Usage
Our lead magnet creator may rely on AI credits. We set usage limits to keep our service stable for everyone. If you exceed these limits, we can throttle your account or require you to buy additional credits or upgrade your plan. Abuse of this feature (e.g., automated or excessive requests) violates our Fair Use Policy.

5. LIFETIME DEAL
A. Duration
Pay once. Get access "forever." "Forever" as long as RocketSubs remains operational.

B. Possible Exceptions
We might face unforeseen legal, governmental, or technical cost spikes (e.g., new taxes, forced tech changes, or other nightmares). If that occurs, we reserve the right to revisit our pricing or the terms of this Lifetime Deal. It's highly unlikely, but it's possible. If it happens, we'll let you know in plain language.

C. Eligibility
Lifetime deals apply only to the specific product features at the time of purchase. Add-ons or new offerings not covered in your plan may cost extra.

6. PAYMENT AND REFUNDS
A. Payment
You agree to pay all fees on time. If a payment bounces, we will suspend or terminate your account without warning.

B. Refund Policy
Our refund policy (if any) will be stated on our website or checkout page. Otherwise, all sales are final.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
We own or license all intellectual property rights in RocketSubs. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of RocketSubs without our written permission.

8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
We provide RocketSubs on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no guarantees of any specific results or uptime. Use RocketSubs at your own risk. We disclaim all implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages. We are also not liable for damages exceeding the fees you paid us in the last 12 months. If you didn't pay us, we owe you nothing. That's it.

10. INDEMNIFICATION
If you do something that gets us sued or penalized, you agree to defend and indemnify us. That means you pay for our legal costs, damages, and fees.

11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER
You agree to solve any disputes with us one-on-one. No class actions, group arbitrations, or collective claims. If you try to bring a class action, we'll move to have it dismissed immediately.

12. TERMINATION
We can terminate or suspend your access if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. If we close your account, you must stop using RocketSubs right away.

13. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We can update these Terms at any time. We'll notify you of major changes, but it's your job to check our website for updates. Keep using RocketSubs after changes means you accept them.
